I woke up this morning at 3:40 am like it was Christmas morning...excited to see if Rhonna had posted day five.....yep!  Here she is...1 hour & 40ish minutes later!

doing this has already made it a great day for me!  I recommend that you try to identify the extraordinary things in your life...even if it may be shadowed by grayish clouds...TGIF!

Do you know what a Z Becky Brown purse is?  I didnt, but Heidi asked me to design one for the store...so here she is...pretty cute!

and the neat thing about this is you can change out the inserts anytime...depending on the season, the reason, or heck, your outfit ! the papers used on her are the Junkitz Janna Wilson line...my personal favorite,  LOTS of ribbons and the little pewter flowers are AMM Charms...now, personally, it is a bit on the $$$ side for me, but I was thinkin about it, and it would be a fabulous group gift for a bride to be or mom-to-be and you could fill it with lots of goodies...brides & mom's could use it as a memory box to hold the special things....

Be Inspired

So many things have happened this year (actually things happen all the time, but as we get older, I guess we recognize it more!) to me, my kids, my school, our neighborhood, etc. our world...and it has sometimes made me sad, sometimes made me a little weak and alot of the time...well really disappointed....and then in the cycle of things, it  has made me stronger...has made me inspired, inspired to do better....inspired to keep doin what I am doin...in the midst of all of the whirling dervishes...to be a weeble...you see, they weeble, they wobble, but damn it...they don't fall down! http://www.inthe80s.com/toys/weeble.shtml

I have always claimed to be a girl macguyver...and I am really proving that well!  My mantra is do the best with what you have.....whether it be scraps or paper, scraps of food, scraps of fabric, scraps of money....whatever the scraps are, take em and makem better~

.oh, and GUESS WHAT?  I just got word from Purple Onion Designs and Self-Addressed that my first set of rubber stamps is coming out in MAY!  Yikes...I am so excited...my words & writing made into rubber! How do ya like that...and I have a new assignment for the summer months!  YIPPEE!

Thursday April 20

Good Wet Tuesday Morning...who wrote that song..."Oh it never rains in sunny Southern California"....huh! so yesterday Carly & I demonstrated our mom-le-ness by sitting on the curb at 4:30 pm watching our future x games participants practice their stunts while we, we the moms brave the elements on the curb with our biggest cozy blankets wrapped around us...I believe it was about 50 degrees....with wind!  NICE! our other mom friends sat at the baseballs fields with the same attire....now that I think back on it, we could have sat right inside my car with the seat heaters on!  duh!

So now for the new class...save the date for April 20 at 6:30...A super cute "not your every other paper bag" book...it is a kit class... meaning that you will get all the pieces, papers & embellishments & all you need to do is bring your adhesives, cutters, pictures & any extra lil embellishments you may want! This book has 6 pages that can be be journaled & embellished on both sides as well as four large tags that fit right into the opening of the bag.  It is really something that is easier to look at then explain! l

This is perfect for Mother's day, a super neat Birthday card/gift for your friend, sister, neighbor, etc!  sign ups start this week, so make sure to call ahead.....

Greetings & happy Saturday...OC forecast...cold and rainy...day's agenda...gettin  ready for tomorrows party to celebrate Benny's 7th birthday...to do's ( in no particular order) ....clean, bake, decorate, laundry, scrap,baseball(rained out?) , send Deena a contact name for the fan club,  Costco (on a saturday...blahhhkkk!) mom & dad coming to town...enough of me ( i know, I know) ....do you see what I see?  Two NEW posts on MY blog...one being from my new Target Shopping Friend (no Deena not the "he-she") so, is it okay to call her friend?  and I realize I should have said that her eyes sparkle...not shine, duh! and from Jody...have you read her blog...a must....that is all for now except, if you want the answers to my code-talkin, then you must read through my blog and posts.....have a fabulous day!
