I love when it's -5 degrees outside and I can hug my sweet boy in my arms with a big blanket around both of us. I love that he won't take off his pj's this morning because they have dogs on them. I love that he wants to do "projects" just like mommy. I love that every stuffed dog he has must have a leash. It's moments like these I longed for when I prayed that God would bless us with a child--I LOVE BEING A MOMMY!

I love this quote and use it as my email signature.

favorite verse: This is the day the Lord hath made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.

No act of love, however small, was ever wasted.

But I trust in your unfailing love. I will rejoice because you have rescued me.
Psalm 13:5

~ Amen ~

Good News Thursday happend here in Chicagoland for my kids. We are -20 degrees -48 degrees with windchill and we got the call this morning NO SCHOOL!! We can't be outside for very long at one time without all the proper clothing or there's a chance of frostbite and hypothermia.
I enjoy your blog every morning it is funny, encouraging and just plain REAL!

I LOVE my husband more than anything in the world and one of my favorite quotes about LOVE is....

"I love you, not only for what you are, But for what I am when I am with you."
--Roy Croft

My husband makes me a better person and I cannot imagine my life without him.

Hope you have a fabulous day creating! :0)

This is my favorite quote - I even use it as my email signature.

One of my favorite quotes about love is one I learned in junior high: Love is like a butterfly - it goes wherever it pleases and pleases wherever it goes.

Favorit comemment about , song, "All you need is love" from the Beatles. I love your blog!

Love is the only thing from which you get more when you share than when you keep it all to yourself. - That was the quote on my desk calendar today! And it is sooo true! Thanks for the encouragement!

Martha

Good Morning Stephanie. My favorite thing is getting up each morning and reading your blog. I have a folder set with inspirartional blogs and yours is the first I read each day. You share so many wonderful ideas and beliefs with you fellow bloggers and that to me is so inspiring. Thanks again for all you do. Nancy

Thank you for taking the time each day to make us smile. If I'm having a one of those days, I know I can sit down, read your blog and come away refreshed. :)

My Favorite Verse:
Commit to the Lord everything you do. Then your plans will suceed. Proverbs 16:3

Have a wonderful day!!

The song called Hope by Jack Johnson was featured on Stacy Julian's blog today and it is sticking with me. I keep replaying it and each time I hear it, I hear it differently. Here is the chorus... *Life sometimes* lifts you up and other times it lets you down. It will defeat you and then teach you to get back up ... after it takes away things that you learn to love. Life will teach you to love what you're afraid of ...

... but you don't always have to hold your head higher than your heart.

Good stuff...

My favorite quotes are.."Your thoughts create your life", Phillipians 4:13, and "Promise me you will always remember...you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think"--Christopher Robin to Pooh.

“Be ashamed to die until you have won some victory for humanity.” ~ Horace Mann

I *love* you!

My favorite thing are my two kids. I love them with all my heart - even when they're driving me crazy. I like your two quotes from your previous post: "Revealing your feelings is the beginning of Healing" and especially: "Confess your Mess so you Live more and worry Less." I let them resonate with me for the next few days.

Who couldn't use a bix box o' product. Thanks for your generosity.

Hey Stephanie - loving your blog [& etc.!] I can't beleive I"ve only 'found you' during htese last few months! Seeing that my 'one word' for 2009 is CHOICE I really do l;ove the quote ont he rak you've done, "If you want your life to change...your choices must change and today is the best day of your life to begin." - thanks for sharing so much with us!! ~ J

My all-time favorite quote about love/charity:
"Perhaps the greatest charity comes when we are kind to each other, when we don’t judge or categorize someone else, when we simply give each other the benefit of the doubt or remain quiet. Charity is accepting someone’s differences, weaknesses, and shortcomings; having patience with someone who has let us down; or resisting the impulse to become offended when someone doesn’t handle something the way we might have hoped. Charity is refusing to take advantage of another’s weakness and being willing to forgive someone who has hurt us. Charity is expecting the best of each other." Marvin J. the most ultimate verse for me about love is JOHN 3:16! That is the ulitmate show of love! i love your blog read it everyday! you are AWESOME! Lena

To my husband and me our "big love" is fueled by the way we love through all the little things in life- the tenderness and teamwork we show when one of our children wakes up in the night after throwing up on themselves, their bed, everything in a 10 ft. radius, and yet later, after it is all cleaned up, we still can have laugh...when we are cutting back on spending so I can be a stay at home mom and our nights out become nights in with a free movie from the library and a bowl of air-popped popcorn...they way we always say "i'm sorry"- and mean it...that he still wants to hold my hand after 17 years together- and that I want to hold that hand too, and that we always kiss goodnight. To me that is love- not the exciting, hollywood, romance novel love- but real love. And as the Beatles said it best, "All you need is love." But the occasional date night would be ok too.

My favorite quote is: "Aerodynamically, the bumble bee shouldn't be able to fly, but he doesn't know this, so he goes on flying anyway."

Love it! Love your new rub-ons too! They are SO cute!

"Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined" ~HD Thoreau~
I love this quote so much I use it as my signature for email.
