Awesome point - " find happiness. It is there. You may have to adjust your focus...but it is there." Followed well by the best adjustor there is - The Word of God.Thank you for the blessed encouragement - here and at Internet Cafe Devotions. And GREAT point in your previous post as well. A sweet senior in my life has to go in for regular checkups twice a year - which usually includes painful treatments of little skin cancers. NOT fun. Definitely - WEAR sunscreen! :) Thanks for a lovely visit on this chilly but sweet Word-Filled Wednesday.

Amazing art piece. Please share the paper you used around the sides. The wording is wonderful. If it is something you made yourself, would you be willing to sell?!?

Cutest doodle ever! So simple and so true!

I just found happiness in the little heart you found in your dirty bathroom...not so much in the heart itself, but in the fact that you stopped cleaning the bathroom to run and get your camera to take a picture of it before you cleaned it! Cause I can see the whole thing playing out! And that made me happy =]
Thanks for sharing that friend!

Love your art and inspiration. I, too, scrubbed boys' bathrooms today, and realized that I found happiness in that the job is done! Looking forward to making art with you at Grove's.

40 Days in the Word

  • Day Five
Welcome to 40 Days in the Word. In the next 40 days, together we will develop a habit of spending time not only reading God's word, but learning what it means, loving what it means and living it out... For the next 40 days, I will post a tag that I have printed the daily verse on. Take time to read it, meditate on it, journal what it means to you and how you can apply it to your daily life.
