The other day I got an email that said I was "too wordy." I know she was "kidding"..sorta...but not really.
I know I am.
That is the "Simply Complicated" part of me. I have a lot on my mind these days...God is working on me as we speak and I feel like no, "I KNOW" there are more words, creativity and work to come.
Here is my thought for today after a long focus group/discussion/conversation meeting I was at yesterday :
We, as women, as creative souls, as readers of this blog, as moms, wives, sisters, friends, neighbors...as followers of Christ..NEED to be intentional, deliberate, authentic, transparent and we NEED to create footsteps worth following...for ourselves, for those around us and for our future generations.
We can start right now by spreading words of hope.
"Be joyful in Hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Share with God's people who are in need." Romans 12:12-13

I love reading your blog, NO matter how many or few words there are to it. First blog I read every morning. :) I hope that one email doesn't keep you from being wordy. You have to alot of wonderful things to say and share and we need to hear it. Sometimes I have felt the exact same way you wrote about but I was too afraid to say it outloud. You are the voice when we can't or are too afraid to speak for ourselves. I hope you have a wonderfully blessed weekend!

Hey Stephanie, please don't change a thing - I have been so inspired over the last month or so since I discovered your blog. I check your blog every day - I love your words and your art. We all share our messages in a different way - yours is shared with love and laughs and I kinda think nothing else matters. I'm so looking forward to the next year and becoming more organised - already started making lists!!

Hey Stephanie, I'm wordy too! Always too many words, but like the others have said, I truly enjoy reading your thoughts and ideas, and am disappointed when there aren't so many. You are truly inspirational and we can all--in my estimation--truly relate to them in some way. (That was wordy!) Enjoy your day, and keep those words comin'!

Wordy? So What! That is why we READ Blogs in the first place. We enjoy other people sharing their life with us so that we can hopefully take something from it with us. We choose which Blogs we read. I know I look for inspirational blogs, something that I can take with me. I keep coming back to your blog each day and look for just that... and I get it! I love it! Keep it coming!
