I have a basket full of happy for anyone in need of a smile.
I took it out last week when a bunch of friends came over, I took it to a boutique I was at last night and just passed it around, even offered it to a mom my age that just lost her husband....
When I explain what it is, people are a little confused at first.
There is nothing to buy,
no strings attached,
nothing confusing about it,
just simple, soft, puffy, colorful little pillow-hackeysack-pincushionish things that you can touch, toss, throw and look at...
that make you smile.
It works...
every time,

They definetly make me smile...what a wonderful way to cheer someone up:)

What a great idea to show kindness and love. It made me smile just looking at them. Thanks for sharing.

What a lovely idea - would you mind sharing how to make these "happy things"?

What a sweet idea. I love everything about it...the thought, the name, and especially the darling little "happies" inside the basket.

I absolutely LOVE this idea! I am going to start working on my own Basket of Happy after the holidays. Or maybe if I have any down time in the meanwhile! I am thinking it will be therapeutic to make these as well as to receive them! Thanks, you creative genius, you!
