Women of Faith

I joined an amazing group of women from Saddleback this past weekend and we planted ourselves at The Pond, well, The Honda Center for a weekend full of women, faith, worship, tears, laughter, Cece Winans, Selah...and a whole lot of wow at the Women Of Faith event.

Standing on the floor and looking back onto 11,000 women (and a few men) for the same reason...JESUS.

WOW.That's all I can say right now..wow.

 

...and yep, in case you are wondering because you know I do not like to vere too far from home..I spent the night there with my friends, my faith and my bravery, not to say that there were brief moments (before we got there) when I just wanted to go home.

I stayed, I danced, I sang, I cried and I cracked up with laughter...alot.  If this event gets to your town, please make an effort to attend...

I was there too! Unfortunately it looks like you had better seats. I tried to write my post about it last night, but fell asleep on the couch as I was writing it. Wasn't the music wonderful? And that Christine! Whew!

Stephanie...So great to hear about your Women of Faith weekend. I follow your blog, and I love your doodles and projects. I purchased your Home Sweet Home 5 x 7 canvas a few months ago and I love it. I have it hanging on a wall with photos of homes where I have lived along with photos of other family homes special to my husband and myself. I love that your art is fun AND faith based! I actually have the privilege of working for Women of Faith as a book store lead. (I work on the East Coast). My husband travels with Women of Faith during the tour season as well. We are amazed and humbled each weekend to be a small part of this ministry. Seeing your comment this morning was a bright spot in my day. Thank you for sharing.
