Another week, another list.
Instead of doing something about color on Monday's, I am going to start out the week with a list or something similar to a list, not just for you, but for me, too.
Now that summer is coming to an end, the hustle bustle of back to school, fall sports and everyday life is going to speed up again, so a list is needed.
Today is "Note to Self."
Sometimes a "things to do" list make us feel rushed, stressed, like we
have 10,000 things to do (which is maybe the case) but changing the
words to read "Note To Self" sounds a little more calming.
