Intentional.
That's my word for 2018.
Being INTENTIONAL with
- Daily 5. Eat, Sleep, Move, Pray, Create.
- Using what I already have to create things and share them with people.
- Saying "no" to some things and "yes" to others.
- Learning to have fun.
- Roots, Receiving, Retreats, Relationships, Remembering, Running
For the first time, I am using the "Cultivate What Matters" Powersheets to help keep me inline with being Intentional and I have honestly already seen a shift in the right direction.
I don't know about you but I continually keep forgetting to remember what I want to remember and on top of that, when it comes to making decisions on things like what to have for dinner, I can't make a decision to save my life. The "What do you want for dinner" or the "What are you making for dinner" is a real thing but I had never experienced it until 2017. I always have had a plan and made dinners at least 4/5 out of 7 nights without any decision distress but dang it, something happened. I spent the first 7 months working on a book and my dinner decision maker disappeared and as of today, it is still gone.
Speaking of today, I will be getting my first "Hello Fresh" delivery and I am pretty excited.
I have listened to people talk about it but thought it was silly because how hard is it to go get the things you need in a recipe and just make the dang meal, but now understand and I haven't even gotten the first dang delivery yet. Don't you worry, as soon as I get the box, I will share my thoughts with you.
So, what's your word?
