I needed this positive nudge....I am several weeks behind and thought about giving up but I so enjoy being a part of this....I will count the empty pages to leave room for them later and start with this week. Thank you Stephanie.

I needed to centre and refocus. Depression and anxiety can so easily de-rail you and very quickly start to eat away at your own mindfulness. I am glad that this month I am reminded that I am strong and when I am not Christ will be there to help.
