I had the quote "Blessed is the season which engages the whole world in a conspiracy of love" printed on the back of our Christmas card this year and I truly wish wish wish that the "joyful feelings"of the season (or the ones that I still have from my recent trip to Pennsylvania) or the happiness that one gets from seeing red barns scattered over acres and acres of green fields would continue all year round, not just during the "Most Wonderful Time of the Year".
Personally, if you really want to know, I believe it really would make this world, our country, our states, communities..schools...homes...a better place...at least it is worth a try..don't ya think?
More reaching out...giving thanks...random acts...twinkle lights...more baking...more dreaming...more visits to PA, lots of wishing, smiling, saying hello, more loving...more holiday movies on Lifetime and the Hallmark channels...hey, I am just speaking my mind here...and I betcha that there are many more "me's" out there....anyways, that is the end of my conspiracy of love statement...onto a little end-of-the-long-weekend-creative-ness going on around here:
I have been playing with several different things out in the ol' shead-teau in between creating and re-organzing and staying warm. I painted a sign that simply reads "peace"...not sure where it is going to be placed...but soon it will have a new home..
and speaking of peace...we ALL need to pray a little more for it...(our tree is up and almost decorated!)
and wait till you see the super cute things coming up in the spring...here is a peak of my Inspired Mini Workshop 2011 class...
and a peak at a "possible" project for Art-Full Horizons (p.s. early bird registration is almost over!)
and a little peak at what I am planning for Valentine's at Oh, Scrap!
oh, and speaking of Oh, Scrap, don't forget to check out my two new classes being taught on Saturday, December 11th (space is limited) & last for today, a peek at the project I am teaching using almost all of my new Sizzix dies (in stores Jan. 2011) at Scrapbooking Made Simple on February 5, 2011 (that sounds wierd, 2011!)
enjoy the rest of this day..spread some cheer, create a little something and pray for peace!
