Sundays around here consist of getting prepared for the following week, working (me), laundry, grocery shopping, football and as of today....
scrapbooking.
yep.
I am not going to work (while at home/in town) on Sundays anymore. I made the decision today after this weekends message at Church. You can watch it here.
At our house we are all TOO BUSY and I am at the TIP TOP of that list. When you work from home, it is a 24/7 job and although I am able to do several things at once (like laundry, crock pot and creative stuff at the same time) I realized this morning that "if and when things pop up" on Sundays, I want to take time to enjoy them and NOT say "I have to/need to work" so I am clearing my big table off, throwing a load of laundry in, turning football on (I LOVE to listen to it) and I am going to scrapbook dog-gone-it!
Scrap booking is something that I love to do and have not done in a long time. Scrapbooks are something my boys love to look through and because I have not done it in such a long time, they only have photos to look via the computer and scrap-booking is something I can do while I sit with my family on Sundays.
Sounds good, huh?
and a winner.....THANK YOU all so much for your comments, emails and likes about Hope Products and the HOPE fabric! There is so much more to share with you coming soon....the winner of the fabric is Janna Houlihan. Please email your mailing address to homegrown1(at)att(dot)net .
Okay, off to scrapbook (eek, I am sorta excited!)
Happy Sunday!
